would phil jackson want to come out of retirement to coach this spurs team?

I am not saying phil is a better coach then pop.But the spurs would be solid contenders something phil has to have before he would coach a team.
This spurs core is also locked down for 5 years or so to..... :elephant

Phil Jackson would jump at a chance to coach the Spurs IMO. I think he ends up coaching the T-Wolves next year. I think we are pretty lucky as fans to have Pop but I know not everybody agrees.

The thought of Tim, Tony, and Manu (and Brent and Horry . . . ) in the triangle has got to make the Big Chief salivate.

Jackson is great at leading star studded teams to championships.

If Pop retires, I'd take Phil.

just the thought of paying Jackson 10 million a year to coach would drive Holt to drinking again...

Yeah, I had her.Yep this proves it Jim is 10 years old

I thought I read somewhere that Pop and Duncan will probably leave the Spurs at the same time. And that Duncan doesn't want to play for any other coach. That's really got chap all the Pop haters.....Ha Ha Ha

I somehow don't think Pop likes Phil very much, simulator crew cracks, and all. I can't imagine him stepping aside.

phil is overrated, he needs stars to win rings, his never been with a team from teh bottom rebuilding and becomes champions, thats the difference between him n pop.

If Pop stepped down that would be something in it's own right. Should Pop step down, I'm sure someone within the Spurs family will take over. It wouldn't be Jackson.
