Aggies coach Sherman doesn't expect Goodson back
COLLEGE STATION — Texas A&M coach Mike Sherman said he doesn't expect junior tailback Mike Goodson to return to the Aggies for his senior season.

Sherman wouldn't elaborate but said it was because of a "combination of things."

Goodson is expected to declare for the NFL Draft.

Not like he's played much the last 2 years anyway. Good luck Mike, I'm sure NFL scouts will fall in love with his speed and fumbling ability.

Goodson was a bad ass, i wish him well. we never did a good job using him.

Goodson was a bad ass, i wish him well. we never did a good job using him.

Ya'll never did a good job of using anyone. Most dominant force in Big Twelve history had his entire senior season (as well as millions of dollars) pissed away by a shit coach who chose to use him as a receiver in spot work.

i agree completely. Lane, Goodson, McGee..etc, all great players that were pissed away. funny thing, McGee came off the bench in the t.u. game and played much much better than Johnson.

...ridiculous.
