Non-poll: Who's your guy?

Leach (Tech) got offered 5 years at 12.2M from Myers this afternoon.

Gundy (Okla St) has a deal on the table for 7 years and 15.7M.

Thoughts?

Personally I think Gundy is worth every dime (and should take it) but Leach could get more. A LOT more.

Gundy was the lowest paid coach in the B12 behind Prince. He mandated that all of his pay raises the past 3 years go to his assistant staff. He is a lifer at OSU and they didn't want to pay him well, because he would coach here for nothing, until he showed more than 6-6. I guess now they think he has.
