Yao had a bad game, sure the stats mask a lot of it but if you watched the game you would know, just stupid stupid passes and allowing just about everybody to score on him. The man is one of the worst defenders i have ever seen.

Artest really bailed him out today, please this thread is a disgrace. Yao is not a 4th qrtr guy, he only made a FG after artest got us a 10 point lead when we were down 8.

you're right...it was an expression but what I'm trying to get at ..well i see it at clutchfans all the time, Yao puts up 20 points but allows like 30 points on him and everybody talks about Yao like Hakeem.

umm......who exactly outrebounded Yao there guy? He had 19 boards on 24 points scored, 10 of which came in the 4th quarter. :rolleyes so it wasn't just "one basket scored". Yao dominated the first quarter, had a shitty third, and then came back and dominated the 4th quarter.

Yes he got scored on, but if you haven't realized that Yao get's scored on by athletic bigs by now, then what the hell have you been watching the past 6 years? Athletic bigs is Yao kryptonite.

Umm, exaggerate much, 90% of that board will laugh you off of it if you try to mention yao with Hakeem. The only thing they compare is the post moves, but just because you can do the post moves doesn't mean you did them as well or quick as Hakeem.


That was not good game for Yao...

two dominant quarters (1st and 4th...the same quarters where Houston had 17-2 runs)......one shitty one, one so so. Yeah is was a good game for Yao.
