help w\ pic into wall paper....

Can anyone resize this into a wallpaper for me (1024X768 at least)? It gets real pixelated if I try to resize on my own and I suck at things like that , lol. Any help is appreciated.

Are you sure you need this specific image? I mean, it's a really bad starting point to make a wallpaper. Anyway, I did what I could, but it's still not very nice. Maybe someone else with more experience in (or specialized software for) upsizing images can help, but the original image is so small, it probably won't matter.
