Dana White needs to back off his whole "There has never been a serious injury in the history of the UFC" a tad. I'd say that injury qualifies as serious. Dude's leg practically ripped off..

Well we just got this and UFC 92 left for the year guys, so lets make sure we get as many picks in as we can. Maybe Evan and Leonard will grace us with their presence, although something tells me, you never see them in the same place and the same time.. :lol

Junie was a farce man. After losing that fucker is going to hit the gym hard since he prob still believes he is the best. I dont think he will lose this time around and remember he felt he wasnt training as hard as he did back home.

He's got talent and i think he'll win this fight but the dude is a mental midget. I see that bully mentality in him where he'll push and be a front-runner but stand up to him and push back and he folds..

I dont see how anyone could pick Burns. Johnson clearly dominated that fight and Burns had no answer. Im not hating on you, but Id like to know your reasoning.

WOWOWOWOWOW!!!! Go Rumble...one of my favorite fighters!

The thing I like about him is...

1) He is young

2) He is explosive

3) (most importantly) He is humble

It is so rare you find that in one fighter!

I sucked on this card, just 2-3

Someone tell Dana that calling Phillipe the next GSP is great and all but make sure the kid can wrestle first..

I think he means in the raw talent sense. GSP has been a good wrestler, but has became GREAT over the past few years.

I don't think it was a great fight. Indeed he fought smart and tactical, but UFC doesn't need more 'do nothing' wrestlers. All he did was take him down -- didn't pass, didn't much of any G'n'P. I'm not impressed with his performance.

Don't get me wrong. Nover showed he has a huge hole in his game, and if he's going to fight in the UFC, he better learn how to wrestle quickly.

.

Considering both these guys are still young prospects i thought it was a very good fight. Effrain was certainly going to try and avoid subs, with Phillipe being a black belt and he did almost get caught in RD 3. He did land some GNP, nothing huge but i was most impressed with his head movement and timing. Phillipe's best weapon was that overhand right and Efrain completely took it away from him.. His footwork also was very good in there. Some of the things Effrain is lacking that you wanted to see, i would expect he would develop with more fights.
