I wasnt aware the Detroit area had any transit system whatsoever.

Besides the SmartBus, but I believe thats not subsidized.

We dont have mass transit, we have gas-guzzling cars. Thats why they call it "MotorCity".

You think Henry Ford would have allowed mass transit to be built here?!
