with the exception of a few schools, they are all major programs? imo, there aren't as many players in a year to year national championship run?

i do agree that that is weird/odd.........but what does that have to do with anything? they still manage to win championships & isnt that all that really matters? that you win it, not how you win it.

i do agree that that is weird/odd.........but what does that have to do with anything? they still manage to win championships & isnt that all that really matters? that you win it, not how you win it.

I think the OP's point was that Florida is playing for their third national title (maybe four, did they claim one the year BYU got the AP title?)and has never run the table, and that undefeated list is littered with programs that have zero. Vandy?

ok, agreed. that is a bit "interesting" and probably yet another reason to make the push to a playoff system. or at least a refined/better system that doesnt just account for #1 & #2; that it still sometimes gets wrong.

The list is just power conferences. '84 BYU isn't on there and neither is Utah or Tulane.
