Good job tonight Miami for just going out there and doing what you were supposed to do. Just proves my point about L.A. getting out on the road and not having every game at home anymore..they can't win on the road. Dwayne Wade is way ahead of Kobe and should be the MVP this season. Besides, Kobe hasn't won a ring in 6 1/2 years. Wade has had a ring in the last 2 years. Wade had more points and rebounds tonight than Kobe.

So what now Lakers? No fluke shots tonight?

He should be. We have a great team. We're struggling right now...but it's only December. We'll be alright.

No excuses, The Lakers are nothing more than an average team right now....They can't play defense, can't shoot free throws and turn the ball over WAY too much. A recipe for disaster. Bynum is totally overated, and Odumb lacks defense and free throws; same goes to gasol whom could have tied the game at the charity strike. We need a big time trade to get Odem out of here for a defensive minded guy! 3 out of the 4 losses have been to WEAK leastern teams!!!

That was pretty harsh.

I always like to see when fans can be indifferent in their assessments of the team they cheer for, and most of what you said seems pretty accurate. From the games I've seen Bynum is going through what a lot of big men out of high school go through whereas his lack of touches on offense is making him a lazy rebounder and defender. Amare has this same problem so I know how frustrating it can be to watch someone who should be a defensive stopper becoming a defensive liability.

Phil Jackson's noticeable weakness as a coach is he doesn't seem to crack down on his players when he should, and now that he's coaching a younger team than any championship team he's coached he probably needs to become more of a disciplinarian. His goal should be to get Bynum focused on defense and rebounding and making sure he has better fundamentals when rebounding and defending as well, just like Amare the only way he grabs rebounds is via athleticism and size.

Odom they should trade for Marion before it's too late, Marion plugs a lot of holes that team has on D right now. Odom is a grade A choker, no amount of coaching/practice will change that. His 4th quarter free throw shooting is what made him such a good Clipper.

And BS. We're the "Least" no longer.

I hate Kobe and I hate Wade.....Wade was better earlier in his career than Kobe was. Of course, Wade wasn't as young as Kobe was when he came into the league. Kobe is much better overall than Wade. Also, Kobe, doesn't need Sterns goons to help him get to the line and win a title. Kobe is a flat out assassin, when he wants to be, especially against my Spurs. For some reason he has a vendetta against SA.....He also gets manhandled, while the refs turn the other cheek, just like Tim Duncan. Meanwhile, if you even look at Wade funny, it is a foul. Don't get me wrong, Kobe gets his share of calls, but he is definitely not pampered the way Wade and even Lebron have been since they came into the league.

I wonder if Bynum is still hurting? Maybe he hasn't completely healed or he is still rusty from the long layoff. The Lakers better hope it isn't a case of "I got mines, so now I can chill".....cause that would suck for them.

And he is the 3rd best player. [he's not better then Kobe or Gasol]
He was expected to be a 3rd/4th option on defense.
But be that defensive anchor we need.
