Have you downloaded flip4mac (http://www.microsoft.com/mac/products/flip4mac.mspx)? I'm not on a mac currently so I can't trouble shoot much more for you than that right now.

That's odd I have used flip4mac on my mac at home (with the same setup you're using) and I've picked up the stream before. I'll look into it further.
