Going to be around for the game in Denver tlong? :toast

GK will probably screw it up again. He blew the game vs Phoenix. JR smith was on fire and doing a pretty decent job on jrich, the Nuggets had the lead but then GK benches JR in the 4th and Carter comes in :bang

I swear the nuggets would be about 22-5 if they had a decent coach :lol:sleep

Anyway, blazers win both by over double digits :lmao

:lol so true. Our defensive stopper is Dahntay Jones :lmao

GK is just an idiot though. JR has improved his D and can spread the floor BUT yet Jones still starts. Heck balkman would be a better option guarding the opposing shooting guard.

A lineup of Billups/Melo/JR/K/Nene has by far the best +/- but yet GK sticks with Jones and the lineup that was one of the worst +/-

I am actually starting to think GK is mentally ill. I cant wait till he is fired and i wouldn't mind the Nuggets losing the next 10 if it guaranteed he got fired

Best case scenario would be Portland losing both. But a 1-1 would be nice also, then the Spurs would just need to keep winning and we'd be the 4th seed at the least.

Too bad about Melo. Can't say I'm disappointed though...

Quit trying the reverse psychology! It might work!

sorry tlong, it did work :lol

I didnt get to follow the game but it looks like Nene dominated, Billups ran the show well and the bench dug deep to help the Nuggets out

Nice to see them get the win coz tomorrow night will be tougher

Nothing to see here, Nuggets just beat a team they should have.

I dont like repeating what SD always says but this time around it rings truth both times. Denver will get game #2 as well.

I'm predicting a blowout over the Nuggets in Portland. Billups and Nene both logged heavy minutes tonight, so they'll most likely struggle tomorrow. With Melo out, they won't have much offensive power otherwise. Plus, Portland is a great home team, and you can expect Roy to bring it after tonight's awful performance.
