UPDATE: Hairston is indeed at the AT&T Center tonight, although he will be inactive. Spurs coach Gregg Popovich said before the game that Hairston's stellar start in Austin pushed the Spurs to sign him, lest another team snap him up. "Malik was doing well enough that I think other people were starting to get interested," Popovich said. "We wanted to make sure we didn't lose him."

sweet. he really has progressed well. his numbers look awesome and hes definitely gained a considerable amount of confidence.
