Not necessarily bad for the Lakers in the sense that many feel that Farmar is not the future PG of the Lakers. Him being injured will force Mitch to do something.

If I were Mitch Kupchak I would:

1.) Sign Pargo or Lue as replacement
2.) Look into trading Odom+Farmar for a legit 1/3 (i.e. do a swap with CHA for Wallace/Felton)

Farmar's not starting quality, but he's still a nice backup. Also, Pargo's already signed to play in Europe.

He was very exciting to watch from what I remember of last year.

Odd year mojo starting to take shape.

Michael Jordan might do that trade because he's clueless, but I'd take Felton over Farmar and Wallace over Odom any day of the week.

Jerry West doesn't have a connection to every team

It's not even close, Odom wouldn't resign with Charlotte after this year and Felton is waaaaaaaaaay better than Farmar. It's a fantasy trade.

They have absolutely no reason to make that trade.

Lue is on the Bucks.

Then again, it's the Lakers and they don't have to be bothered by silly things like contracts or trades making sense.

He's also racking up DNP's. I'm sure we could trade Mihm for Lue straight up.

damn i was about to start a series of Fanstasy Matchups thread because i was dying to see how Hill will match up vs. him :depressed

Starbury for them makes sense... and t could be the final thing Bynum will need to get fully trained on being a punk :tu

Fixed.

Just because MJ is a bad GM doesn't mean he would do that trade. Diaw and Odom are the EXACT same player, and I mean EXACTLY the same player. They aren't going to trade their best offensive wing, best defender, and the one player on that team that Larry Brown has like from day 1 for a player they already have and a player who can't be on the court with their starting PF. Also, that J-Rich trade we all thought was highway robbery for Phoenix isn't so bad for Charlotte it's not like MJ was that moronic.

And we don't even have to argue Farmar and Felton, it's not an argument, Felton is just way better.

This is not franchise mode on NBA 2k9.

He needs to get an ear tuck while he gets his knee scoped.

I do hope he gets well though.
