In all seriousness, if that isn't a sign that you need a coach with a pair on him, then I don't know what the hell is.

basically, we need a press conference by Jerry similar to the end of marked for death. Jerry goes on and on about the losing being in the past, and all of a sudden a blade pushes through his chest and jimmy johnson steps to the podium with the full support of stephen and jerry jr., and the cowboys make the playoffs the next year and win one playoff game.

just take a step back, maybe looking at adding some o-line help, someone at safety, and a back up qb...

...yesterday was bad but it was the culmination of many things, re-load & make another push next season...

...did we get that pick back from tennesse after pacman was suspended?

How do you add motivation? I hate to say it because change is always a step backwards but there is no shortage of talent only a shortage of leadership and the ability to motivate it.

garrett was hired before wade for some reason. he must tickle jerry's prostate like no other. there's no accountability anywhere in this organization.
