Does Scamahan come back?

He'll be back. Bowlen has been humming on Shanahan's nuts since 1996 and that won't stop because of this.

I do have a new theory for Shanahan though, he scripts his first 15 plays and they always seem to have success on their opening drive and then suck the rest of the game. I think he should start scripting the first 65 plays and not deviate from said script even once throughout the game, no matter the situation.

I didn't mean Bowlen force him out, i meant for his own health and good should Scama take a leave. He's got to be frustrated with Cutler.

It's been what, 17 years?

Why would he be frustrated with Cutler?

WTF are you talking about with the 17 year thing?

a. INTs and fumblebums in big games. Houchili can't always be there for you Donks.
b. 15 years as a head coach. John Madden used to say any head coach should retire after 10 years, as hc is just too demanding a job.
Scammys been in 15 years now, not 17.

Props to Shanahan for his record vs Belicheat. Many monoslob can give you the exact stats. Denver must flash a light over Sneakys cameras.

It wasn't Cutler's fault that his defense gave up more points then any other Broncos team since 1963. He was forced to pass damn near every play this season because his team was either behind, or his runningback got knocked out of the game. Bad things happen to quarterbacks when the opposing defense knows you are going to pass.

This is the problem with people like you, you never played a sport and therefore don't recognize a team game for what it is.

Shanahan has been the head coach for the Broncos for 13 years. In that time he won two super bowls and played in a AFC championship game. His team is currently rebuilding and is the second youngest in the league. Cutler will have a hof type of a career he just needs some talent around him just like Elway needed.

Jay Cutler is one of the best QBs in the game.

I don't see how he gets any freakin blame.

This just might be the douchiest post ever by Faggs. Not to mention it's full of wrong numbers and nothing is spelled or written properly. I'm pretty sure Faggs is a blood relative of ducks because neither of them have any writing skills whatsoever, it's like reading the posts of a retarded 5 year old and his semi-retarded 6 year old cousin.

Lets see, with an 8-5 record and a three game lead over the Chargers, Cutler:

Led 7-0 and 10-7 over Carolina before throwing an INT
Led 13-0 vs Buffalo and altho not his fault the lead was blown, still had a chance to tie or win down 30-23 with plenty of time. INT at the Buffalo 15 yd line.
Getting bitchslapped by the Chargers 24-6, still just a minute before halftime and at the 13 yardline with a chance to cut to 24-13 before the half. INT.

See above, T Park.
Are you cheating on Michael Finley?

I do agree that Cutler is young and has tons of potential.
Better Denver team in the future and he could still 'Bowl, sure.

PRivs owns him for now. And thats under Norvron Turner and MartyLoss Shott.

Fabbs, it's not a game of quarterback versus quarterback. If you had ever played a game of football in your life, you'd know that.

Fuck, you don't even have to have played a game, just use some common fucking sense.

Had you watched that game you'd know that the offense couldn't move the ball on the ground and Cutler was forced to throw.........a lot............oh, and Carolina was only stopping themselves and was only a matter of time before their offense got in step and started lighting up the Broncs D.

You're a moron that only looks at stat lines because you are too stupid to analyze an entire game of football and all positions that it involves.

They passed on every play but one on that drive. Kind of tough when the Defense knows you're passing down in the red zone.

If it was so tough, why did Denver drive the ball 60 yards down to the 15 yard line?

San Diego 1726

During Belichick's time with the Pats, Shanahan has beaten Belichick a lot. And Belichick won championships alot more.

Beating Shanahan with an intentional safety and then kicking his ass with Matt Cassel, along with 3 titles while the Broncos have zero in that time span, is good enough for me.

But Broncos and Patriots fans can fully understand the significance of a championship. Chargers fans are the ones who enjoy recounting regular season wins :lol

Yes, passing on the 40 yard line is exactly the same as passing in the redzone.

And what does seasonal rushing yards have to do with anything?

You know nothing of football, just stop.

No, it's just that our football watching experience is obviously more sophisticated than yours is.

johnsmith and I both know full well that Shanahan has gotten the better of Belichick a whole lot. We also both know that ultimately those wins don't mean anything when the Patriots are winning titles and the Broncos aren't. We both fully understand the significance of championships, therefore we have no reason to bring any significance to meaningless regular season games.

Now a fan of the Chargers, such as yourself Faggs, can't comprehend the enormity of your team winning a title, since the Chargers have historically been nothing more than the toilet paper used to wipe the shit-encrusted ass of the rest of the NFL. So it's obvious that you'd project some sort of extra significance in the Broncos ownage of the Patriots.

Let me put this in terms you may understand more, since you're retarded and all. Mavs fans make a huge deal about winning one second round series in 2006 because the Mavericks really haven't achieved anything bigger than beating the Spurs in the playoffs. Meanwhile, Spurs fans can acknowlege that the Mavs owned the hell out of the Spurs in 06, but realize that series is ultimately meaningless because the Spurs have titles and the Mavericks don't.
