Don't cream your pants. I doubt he'll miss more than a game or two, if any.

The Suns' next couple of games are against garbage teams. They'll be fine if they decide to keep Nash out.

Don't the suns have like a under .300 record without Nash since he got there? This might help the Spurs gain ground on them in the standings if he is out.

You think we'll finish behind them? I know they can climb up the standings, but you think they'll finish ahead of us?

I hope not :hat

I don't think the standings in the West will matter much. Unless your the 8th seed facing the Lakers. But I can see the 6th or 7th seed beating the 2nd or 3rd seed. If is the 6th seed Suns playing the 3rd seed Blazers I would think Phoenix will be favored.

That's because you've been listening to the Phoenix media a little too much.

Ok so if the Blazers get the 3rd seed by winning the Northwest and draw the Spurs you say the Blazers are going to beat them in a series?

That's a worthless hypothetical since the Spurs aren't going to be the 6 seed. To answer your question yes if the Spurs are the 6th seed the 3rd seed will beat them. Seeding does matter.

Everybody said that the standings wouldn't matter last year, yet the teams with homecourt advantage were 3-1 in the first round, with the only exception being a depleted a Rox team. If the teams are again that close, and it seems like it will be again the case with teams 2-9 being separated by only 3 games, than homecourt advantage can really be the deciding factor.

Never wish injury on anyone, especially on Nashy, but with the standings being so tight this might be good news.
