for me game 7 NO that gave us the wcf, then after the TD's 3 pointer, the rest is anecdotic.

definitely the game 7 win on the road. not only was that a historical win, it showed just how much heart this team has.

Tim's 3 will be remember (in/for?) years to come, game 7 between Spurs and Hornets not so much

you can't put PO moments with RS moments and other stuff. PO will always have the advantage.

I mean think about the TP's 55 pts or the 3 at the buzzer from Mason in a game 7 in PO. it would have been unbelievable.

i went with Tim's 3.

I'm going with the Game 7 road win -- particularly for Parker's huge jumper at the end of that Game 7 to turn out the lights on New Orleans.

No game in 2008 was better than Game 1 of the Phoenix series.

No shot in 2008 was bigger than Duncan's shot in that Phoenix game.

But no moment was bigger, in my mind, than wrapping up a comeback from down 0-2 and down 2-3 to beat a really good Hornets team in a building where the Spurs had been pretty miserable in the preceding 4 games in the regular season and the playoffs.

Game 7 against the Hornets wont be remembered as much for me because it was a grueling win and we lost the next round.

The Duncan 3 was about as clutch a shot as you will ever see a NBA player make. a near 7 footer who doesnt shoot 3's gets out there in a DO or DIE moment and lines up a perfect looking 3 to one up the Spurs best rival the Phoenix Suns....doesnt get any better than that in 2008.

Ahead 65-45 vs the LA Flamers Gm 1 after Tim Dunkar hit a hook shot.

Easy one even if the game 7 against the hornets was awesome.
TD's 3 just makes you feel so good the moment it goes in. That's what sports is all about.

I have to agree. After we had been completely owned by them on their floor a lot of people thought that New Orleans had the series. This moment is what Spurs basketball is all about...coming up with big wins during our real NBA season.

Spork Thread. Duncan's 3 was a dagger, to the Suns. The Spork Thread was a dagger through the hearts of Suns trolls.

Game 7 win.

Coming back from being down in the series and considered out, we took control of the second half and flexed.

I went with the Game 7 road win. I hate the Hornets for the way they acted in that series and I was so happy to send them packing. I know those bitches thought they had us.

TD's 3 >dirk's 3
the only reason dirk always hit threes is just that he never break into the paint, he is just a crap in the paint because he is too soft to beat the opponent pfs and cs. TD needn't try these threes againe and again because he knows one's 3 rate will never catch up with his lay-up and dunk's.

I've got to go the Game 7 victory in New Orleans. I hate to admit it now, but with the way the Hornets wiped the floor with the Spurs during their 3 wins, I didn't believe the Spurs would win a Game 7 in that environment.

It was tough to choose between Duncan's 3 and the Game 7 vs. the Hornets. But, being the true Duncan fan that I am, no moment was bigger for me than that 3. The Game 7 victory was a very close second.

Another wonderful game was Game 3- Phoenix. They were assassins in Phoenix and laid the sledgehammer down. It was great seeing Kerr's face.:lol Tony turned into Jordan that day. :flag:

Duncan's 3 ripped the heart out of PHX fan once and for all.

It gets no better than that during a no championship ring year.

Timmy's huge 3 against PHX, no doubt...it set the tone for that series, and will be remembered long after the rest of the games that year are forgotten.

Duncan's 3, easily. I already semi forgot the Game 7, but it doesn't help I was working and only heard the last 5 minutes of the game.

The Tim Duncan 3 was a cool shot...it was good to win the Game 7 at New Orleans, but honestly both of those events were supposed to happen. Phoenix and New Orleans, those are two teams we were expected to go out and beat, and we did, when you think of it nothing huge or unexpected. The WAY we beat Phoenix in Game 1 was exciting, but not the actual beating them, because we were supposed to do that anyway. Mason's 3 was pretty exciting, but again it was against a Phoenix team we were supposed to beat, so it was the way it went down that was exciting, we would have beat them anyway. Ginobili should be an All-Star and not just Sixth Man.

I'd say Parker's 55...The rest is pretty much expected to happen.

yes, but after all, Parker's 55 just made us beat a team we were supposed to beat, didn't they ?
