I would be inclined to say Baron Davis.
He is one of those guys who could outmuscle the opposing guards and fast enough to hold them off? Instead, he is chucking thirty footers 7-9 per game. What the hell is wrong with the guy?

Odom. Has all the talent in the world, but is an air head.

What the hell is wrong with the guy?Blown ACL in college. Neither knee has ever been the same since. He'd be worn out by the All-Star break if he played hard all the time.

Ok, but it still does not explain the fact why he does not post up smaller guards.

No-Brain Team line up

PG: Stephon Marbury, Baron Davis, Jamaal Tinsley
SG: Ricky Davis, J.R Smith, Gerald Green
SF: Joey Graham, Lamar Odom, Corey Magette
PF: Josh Smith, Amare Stoudemire, Tyrus Thomas
C: Samuel Dalembert, Kwame Brown, Darko Milicic

Man, I could probably win a championship with these guys if they buy a good brain each.

Who do you think should coach this team?
This coach must have a good team before and choked with it.

He's not a well-conditioned athlete. You say he's big, but I think that's just his build. When he gets tired, it is easy to guard him from the drive. He lost a lot of explosion in his legs with that knee injury. If he were to catch-and-shoot off the screen-roll the way the Pistons did under Carlisle (with Billups), or the way the Lakers do (with Kobe), it would spread the floor. But he's not a dead-eye shooter and he's not very confident on the basketball court with his shot. If a shot isn't there the first time, he probably will hesitate on the shot the second time.

I like Davis alot, but there are some holes in his game.

Ricky Davis has the talent to have been a perennial all star in this league.

Amare. With a brain and some maturity, he could be an MVP. I won't hold my breath for it to happen.

I am going out on a limb here and say Rasheed Wallace. There are very few things he cannot do on the basketball court. If he weren't such a head case early in his career he would be in the conversation with Wilt, Hakeem, Kareem, Duncan, etc.

That's fucked up, Dumas was a nice guy who tried to battle addiction but just couldn't. Ricky Davis is just an idiot. Go watch some gay Asian cartoons or something.

Dumas got himself into the drug addiction. It is his own fault. And Japan does not see itself part of Asia.

Tim Thomas could have been a perennial All-Star. But his problem isn't so much a lack of brains as it is a lack of caring. He just doesn't give a shit.

Another guy, and this is off the wall is Samaki Walker.

Big body, very talented, very good leaper. Just dumb and unmotivated to improve and work at it.

Darius Miles (yes, injuries have hurt him)
Richard Dumas was my boy back in the day but alas drugs got the best of him.

What about Bison Dele.....a smart Mofo, but something kept him back.
Nick van Exel....head case but phenominal player.

I can't believe the thread went as far as it did without Rasheed's name being mentioned. He's the very definition of "million dollar skills, ten cent brain". If he actually had any kind of maturity I think he would have been better than Duncan and Garnett. His post game was pretty much unstoppable when he decided to apply it.
