The World Famous LayupDrill Rumor Mill
1/4/09 We told you yesterday that the Kings were looking at unloading some young talent (http://layupdrill.com/2009/01/marbury-to-boston-not-a-done-deal/), and now they seem intent on moving a veteran asap. The Kings have been in discussions with both the Miami Heat (http://layupdrill.com/2009/01/brad-miller-to-cleveland-or-miami/#) and Cleveland Cavaliers about interest in center Brad Miller (http://layupdrill.com/2009/01/brad-miller-to-cleveland-or-miami/#). The Heat reportedly would send Shawn Marion along with another player to be named later or cash considerations for Miller. The Cavs are offering up Wally Szczerbiak for Miller, but Sacramento isn’t too high on that potential deal.
Even if Cleveland does not make that deal, there are teams interested in picking up the streaky Szczerbiak. Cleveland may have trade partners in the form of Dallas, Charlotte, Oklahoma City, or the Los Angeles Clippers (http://layupdrill.com/2009/01/brad-miller-to-cleveland-or-miami/#). With Zydrunas Ilgauskas out with an injury, Cleveland will join Boston in the Joe Smith and Alonzo Mourning sweepstakes this month.
More trade rumors swirling in Toronto (http://layupdrill.com/2009/01/brad-miller-to-cleveland-or-miami/#), and they don’t have to do with Jermaine O’ Neal. The NY Daily News (http://www.nydailynews.com/sports/columnists/lawrence/index.html) reports today. there is a potential overhaul coming to the Raptors, including moving former number 1 overall pick Andrea Bargnani as well as Anthony Parker. Possible teams interested in Bargnani would include Cleveland, Dallas, and Miami. What is unknown are the expectations of what it would take to make the deal for the Raptors.

Heat would give up Marion and another player for a 33 year old 7'0 Miller and the Kings don't like that deal. Whatever!

Why would the Heat even do that deal? Miller will be on the books for the next 2 seasons effectively takes Miami out of the Boozer/Stoudemire and Bosh sweepstakes.

Come on, man.

You are really becoming abusive with trying to create links to your website.

I understand you are trying to get backlinks from a popular site like ours to up your Google ranking, but linking multiple times back to your own site in one post is pretty freakin' obnoxious.

If you wanted to pay for advertising on a site that gets 7-8 million page views a month like ours, it would cost you a pretty penny.

I don't mind people posting links to their sites here, but this is really excessive. I didn't say anything the first 10 times you did it, but got damn.

Kori,
That actually was not done on purpose. We run text-link-ads on the site, so when I copied and pasted the article here, it pasted the underlined links. The links though copied to the original URL they were on, and not the ad. My honest mistake.

I will copy and paste from the Wordpad editor so you dont have to worry about those backlinks.

You run text-link ads back to your own site? That doesn't make any sense. Maybe you are just saying you link back to your own site within your articles.

But cool.

IMHO Brad Miller will either stay in sac or be traded to houston where his former host is coaching. Tracy for Brad Miller and Rahim seems a good trade for the rockets, at least brad miller is not crippled.
