Cavs are 18-0 at home. Will Boston put an end to this streak and get out of this slump they are currently in?

This will be a fun game to watch. I am curious what bias the announcers will have. Will there be excuses for Boston? will Cleveland be "crowned" champion? etc....Hope it's a good game!

A Boston loss keeps them in a funk. However, that may be a good thing.
A Cleveland loss makes them question themselves. However, that too may be a good thing.
If Boston loses, it won't be long before they snap out and Cleveland has a letdown. If Cleveland loses, Celtics still will get better soon. I think Cleveland needs the win more.
What I hope for is a well-played back and forth nail-biter, with the outcome in doubt for as long as possible. That's what I look for in any game I watch that the Lakers don't play in.
I have no prediction, and I don't care who wins. I just know that one of them has to lose and Lakers gain ground on one of them, provided we win tonight as well.

I think we are going to be in for a surprise in the East. I think either the Cavs or Celtics is going to be upset prior to making it to the ECF. Everyone is counting out Orlando and everyone forgets about Detroit. The Pistons are quietly winning games. And they still have a chance to catch Cleveland for the division. I doubt that either Boston or Cleveland wants to see those 2 teams come playoff time. And don't even forget about the Nets or Heat. Ask Phoenix the same question, as their fans and players always said the yr before didnt mean shit, but each time have gotten spanked by the Spurs each time they met in the playoffs. I'm pretty sure losing a Game 7 on your home floor may mess with your mind when you meet up with the same team who knocked you out the previous year.

I think what is going to make Detroit especially a tough out for any team is Rodney Stuckey. That kid is just playing great. Combine Stuckey,AI and Rip with Sheed and Prince and Boston and Cleveland are going to be in for a dogfight. And Wade is going to be great in the playoffs won't be enough but I can see him pushing the Cavs or Magic to 6 games in a series.

The Spurs wouldn't be in the playoffs without Duncan as the Hornets wouldn't be in the playoffs without Paul.
I didn't say playoffs did I? No sir. I said "staying competitive." Can you read? You ok there? Hornets without Paul would be a chicken without a head.
Chris Paul is responsible for at least 40 points on their team. Once Chris Paul goes to the bench, shit happens.
Their 2 guard is not starter material. Peja cannot create his own shot, Chandler has to be force fed alley oops by Paul. The only exception would be David West, and he definitely cannot pick up the slack from Chris Paul.

I think the qualifier 'much' was a bit 'much'. I s'pose that we will most likely see come post season, but considering that neither team has had radical personnel changes (except Posey for them and Mason for us) I would have to give the edge to the Spurs considering the (albeit close call) playoff exit we handed to them last season.

Anyone else think that the Celts have blown their load early in the season, and can't seem to get their second wind?
They had a pretty rough championship run, considering they played hard in the regular season, and then won their 4 playoff series in 7, 7, 6 and 6 games. Since no one on that team (including the coach) has won anything before, they may have fallen into a trap by going too hard at it early in the season (27-2 start).
Going deep into consecutive playoff runs is like running a marathon, the Celtics have been sprinting and are gasping for air now
