and then finishes with just 14 attempts?
Before I go off, what exactly happened? Did he get doubled or did we just go away from him like we normally do when he starts a game well?

good interior D by the Magic and Tony taking 8 more shots than Tim (tony had the most shots attempts at 22).

he got pulled for an extended period of time in the second quarter. tony disappeared in the 4th as well. i guess getting owned by every head and shot fake by nelson caught up with him.

Well you can ask Pop about that since he loves Tony shooting 50 shots a game.
I thought Tony had a poor 4th quarter yet again.
George Hill's D was a lot better IMO.
I said before the 4th quarter started I just wanted TP to play a controlled 4th quarter and use his teammates and pick his spots in the 4th. What I didn't want is for him to try and win the game by himself and go one on one. He was half and half. I thought a couple of times he could have passed the ball instead of taking a shot himself. I remember him taking an ill advised 3 pointer in the 4th too.
I thought TP was incredible up until the 4th quarter so I don't know if he got tired or what. The way TP played in the first 3 quarters is what I believe he can do all the time. I'm just a little disappointed with his 4th quarter and defense on Nelson. Nelson is going Marbury on him lately.

I figured it would be a close game. I also figured we would win a close one. And we had that chance. Them layups just wouldnt fall for TP in the end. And how many times are we gonna play thru and not call a timeout at the end of a close game? TP looked like he was going through the motions, then decided he would play against the whole Magic team by himself. Not sure what was going on but a timeout might have been a good idea. I dont think we're good enough to make things up in the end. A timeout and a set play might have helped. Pop didnt think so.......
