Yup. I am a bit too used to the ps2 controller. I kept pressing R1 to aim.

Is anybody else gonna get the game when it comes out? I preordered the Special edition last week.

I got to get used to the action not stopping while I switch guns or heal, On RE4 you had to go into a menu that would pause the game and on here it will not so while I'm healing or switching guns the zombies are attacking.

The controls do feel weird I have played RE 1 on the PSone and RE:4 on the Gamecube and RE: Code Veronica on the Dreamcast. I'm still not sure if I will buy this for the PS3 or Xbox.

PS3 control wise I think would feel better but I have more friends that will get it on the Xbox. My gamefly Q has it for the PS3 and after I beat it, if I play online allot I'll just used the buy it feature.

I turn my surround sound way up and with other games like GoW it's crazy loud but on here it's a bit lower and the guns don't have that heavy sound. The pistol sounds like a pea shooter and the smg sounds weak. Throw in some bass with each shot or something.

Game is crazy fun I just want more from the sound, I want to be totally immersed with this game.

looks great but i hate the angle of your character, the slowness of turning to shoot and aim, the not being able to run around and shoot while running or even slash with the knife while running, and the double button combo to use the knife. granted i only played the demo for like 3-5 minutes.

I never let him hit me. I just shoot him and then upper cut the dude with the huge axe

+1 I've never played a RE game before so I don't know if that's how the controls traditionally feel, but I wasn't down. I kept getting the sensation that I was underwater or trying to run in a slow motion dream or something. Not my kind of game.

Too many combinations for me. Aim+shoot+B button+do the hokey pokey = opens door

The controls felt really clunky. I didn't like the run button concept; you have to take your finger off the right analog stick and it feels really weird.

But I'll be damned if it isn't one of the best looking 360 games I've ever seen.

Ya thats how I feel man. I just dont like how you cannot strafe and shoot at the same time. That bugs me.

What really made me turn the game off was when I accidently discarded the sniper rifle. It didnt just drop to the ground, it totally DISAPPEARED! WTF! I couldnt cover Sheva with sniper fire when I tossed her to the other side of the building.
