I heard this song on the radio tonight that sounded like a newer, heavier version of Simon and Garfunkel, but can't remember what it is!!
The cool part was, the station played a S&G song first. I can't remember which one for sure, but it might have been scarborough fair. All I know is that the second song was definitely played to go along with the S&G sound.
The only lyrics I remember from the song is the singer saying he had "patience" while his girl cheated on him or something. Really narrows it down, right? haha.
Aaannyyyways, if anyone knows any modern bands that sound like a heavier S&G, lemme know! I'm dying to find this band.
Oh and I already checked all of my preset radio stations online to see if they had listings of what they played. They did, but none of them played S&G in the time slot I heard the song.
