Some consolation at least after the Spurs humiliated themselves and their fans in Philly.:(

I totally agree.

This mavs team is so terrible. Outside Dirk, Wright and Eric's two, the entire Mavs team score "0". Without Dirk, we will be the last in the entire NBA.

Dirk was on fire in the first Half and took mavs back to the game.

Terry was 0 out of 5 in 3pts. It hardly believe that Mavs have enough offense to pull this one out.

or how dirty the Mavs are, since the Jazz never engage in questionable tactics.

Dirk is one hell of a player and even more as a man. How he continues to play with this intensity on a team that is going nowhere is mind-boggling. It is in times like these that I appreciate what he has meant to this team even more.

When you look at other team's boxscores, there is a good even spread of points.

On the Mavs, Dirk needs to score close to 40 for them to have a chance on most nights. :bang

If he thinks Dirk is a big softie cause he bullies those faggots around, one could only wonder how much he hates Jerry Stackhouse.

Didn't you read what ballijuana said in the other thread? Dirk is soft. S-O-F-T.
And the Mavs are dirty. Yeah, a Jazz fan accused another team of being dirty.

No, but they might be able to enlighten you on "traditional family values," like having 18 wives and spawning 58 or 59 little Mormotards.

May 3, 2001, Salt Lake City, Utah: Don Nelson and Calvin Booth celebrate after the Mavericks erased a 14-point fourth quarter deficit to defeat Karl Malone and the Jazz, 84-83, in the deciding Game Five of their first-round series. Booth scored the winning layup.

Dallas was making its first post-season appearance in 11 years and dropped the first two games in Utah to fall into an 0-2 hole. The young Mavericks then proceeded to reel off three straight wins to shock the Jazz and move on.

"At halftime, we just said 'Stay positive', and we did all the way."

That may be true, and their football team was kickass! And they even had a black qb!

Similar to how the Lakers owned the Kings earlier this decade, the Mavs own the Jazz every way you look at it.

Finley had by far the best game I've ever seen him play.

People forget just how good he was in his prime. Similar game to Jason Richardson, but quite a bit better.
