That's actually very nice, I hope you aren't afraid to make changes to it to make it better.

I'm also not crazy about the 3 font, actually the font itself is okay but the style isn't great. Also, I'd go with another George Hill picture, and the San Antonio Spurs font is by far the worst thing about it. I'd also try to add a Spurs logo underneath the word "George", but give it some opacity.

For those guys who asked me some changes, I tell them that what moved me to make this wall was the expressive GH picture that , of course, I wouldn’t change. The wall is the one I did according to my taste. I do not like logos in a wall of this style and perhaps the number 3 could've been improved.
I accept that you don't like the picture, fonts and some other things, but I am afraid you are asking about a new wall that is not mine. Thanks for your interest
