Type "kick" before youtube in the url of the video you want.

For example:

video url: http://youtube.com/watch/?v=lD8o28ytPn0 >> http://kickyoutube.com/watch/?v=lD8o28ytPn0

It lets you choose the file extension that you want.


There are also some add-ons to firefox, like the Fast Video Download.
