he wants to play for a contender and nobody wants him. theres talk the spurs may re-sign him like with 15 games left in the season.

if we don't make a trade, sign him up for the playoffs.

Where did you hear that? And why would the Spurs do it with 15 games left?

There are a couple of recent threads. Search Horry in thread titles here. I made one in BBall Central when he was interviewed at a Laker game about 2 weeks ago. Consensus is, he's retired. Chances of him rejoining Spurs or Lakers is practicly nil. If he does, it's for a paycheck. I doubt he would pick the Lakers just to try to get a ring, he has planty of those.

I will eternally remember his elbow on nash's f***ing nose, nash deserved it.

A bitch always starks on the man who pays her more, so it's rational nash fled mavs to earn more f***ing dollars from suns, at the expense of :lobt: he should have earned with mavs.

Why are people hoping it's just talk? In the playoffs, he'd be better than any big we have not named Tim Duncan.

Didn't you watch last year;s playoffs? You're delusional if you think Horry can just walk in off the street and contribute. He's retired. Let it go already.

Yeah, I love and appreciate what Rob has done for the Spurs on BOTH sides of the ball in the past while contributing to some championship runs, but this isn't 2005. And SenorSpur is right, seeing him try to catch fire in the playoffs last year was outright painful.

not resigning horry alone improved the spurs. his 19.4% FG in the playoffs sure struck fear into the spurs' opponents.
