PETA tried to buy a superbowl ad but was rejected because of the religous right.

I hate peta, I'll never be a vegetarian, but I kinda like the ad.

fuck PETA

People Embarrassing the Tidewater Area

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PETA

Founded in 1980 and based in Norfolk, Virginia, the organization is a nonprofit, tax exempt 501(c)(3) corporation with 187 employees, funded almost exclusively by its members.

glad to say that even though I've lived there my entire life, I've never once been to their shitty building in Downtown Norfolk.

No. People should be fucking parents and turn the TV off, or don't let the kids in the room, or yeah, let them watch an ad that featured no nudity. God forbid some loser Christian kid gets the idea in his head that women are hot. Anway you wanna slice it, when it's censorship at my expense, fuck the children.

yeah, they shouldn't let the kids in the room when they're watching some adult movie or TV show. But this is the Super Bowl. I can't remember a year as a kid when I DIDN'T watch the Super Bowl. you have to target your ads to the right audiences AND be careful of where you place them.

but if you wanna say "fuck the children"...then I guess this argument has no meanin' to ya.

I thought the right hates restrictions and censorship? Why would people on the right consider this at all a good thing?

PETA is cool. They're just trying to bring awareness to the animal cruelty issue. I got no problem with that.
