That's a lot of pork. Kind of seems as if Pelosi is wearing the pants in this relationship? Left or right, we all know she should be no where near unlimited funds.

To be fair, Obama has not done much of anything yet. House Democrats shoved a porkulus package through, and the Senate will have a crack at it soon enough. Obama technically could veto the bill when it comes to him--if he has the gonads.

Oh, Gee!!

To be fair, Obama has not done much of anything yet. Disagree 100%.

He's had his ten days in office -- bring on the judgment of history!

I thought he was going to kick ass from day 1?

He gets a free pass because the country is collapsing faster than usual in his first 10 days? Isn't this what he signed up for?

Maybe I am wrong, perhaps all of these executive orders are far more important than Pelosi handing out a trillion dollars.

I just get the feeling these unusual circumstances are showing Obama's true colors (same ol' politician) without having to wait 6 1/2 years.

Because he is not Bush, he is good. Bush is the bar of quality we need to score him by.

These threads are hilarious.

No,, your hypocrisy, ignorance and blatant stupidity are hilarious.

obama said no lobbyists -- he hires lobbyists...

obama nominates a guy who didnt payhis taxes correctly for 4 years to run the IRS ?
then Tom Daschle ?
the list goes on and on and on -- he is a fraud and he is going to legislate his way into virtually "buying votes" for the next election in 4 years.

Well, the President SHOULD be the leader of his party. HE should set the agenda, not the Speaker of the House.

Wait a second, wasn't failure to lead GWB's greatest downfall?

JK,
