Didn't see this posted, apparently it's audio of Christian Bale AKA Batman, AKA John Connor, AKA (Especially here) American Psycho cursing at the DP of Terminator Salvation for walking onto the set during a take and ruining the scene.

Sounds like an unedited clip from Hell's Kitchen. The best part's about 2/3 in. "No I don't want to take a fucking minute! I want to get this fucking scene!" And then he takes another minute to cuss out the guy some more.
http://theoriginalunoriginal.com/2009/02/03/transcript-of-chirstian-bales-terminator-salvation-flip-out/
Bale uses the word "fuck" or a variation of the word (fucking, fuck-sake) 80 times in 3 minutes and 49 seconds, which equates to fuck popping up every 2.86 seconds.

The guy made a mistake and this pussy goes off on him for four minutes? What's worse is that nobody told this faggot to wipe the blood off his pussy and get over it, they just let him tear into the guy. I guess. Maybe I think he is just ranting on, because after the first few f bombs he threw out there that at me you sure as hell would had heard me screaming right back at that asshole. It seemed like to me the guy was sorta timid and thats why Bale was acting so much like an ass. Maybe the guy needed his job or something which I can completely understand as well. But idk if I would have been able to take that. I'm thinking if it were someone else Bale wasn't sure about, would he had acted the same way? Unless of course Bale is just the ultimate badass and just doesn't care.

On a film set, fucking up a shot by doing something like stepping in frame is just about the dumbest thing you can do. Bale may have been the most vocal about it (and, yeah, he acted like a prick), but he likely wasn't the only one pissed off.

He didn't step in the frame, he walked through Bale's line of sight as he was doing a scene with Bryce Dallas Howard.
I can still understand his frustration though.
Having said that, I don't know that anyone else really did care, you can hear McG say in the audio that he didn't even see it, but he's such a shitty director that he may very well have been asleep.

I probably would had went about it differently if it were the first offense. If he kept doing the same dumb crap then I can see that guy, or anybody else for that matter getting chewed out. From Bale's rant it does seem like that wasn't the first time he did it. But if that were the case, you would have thought that someone else there would had said something to the idiot.

If Christian Bale was some generic supervisor in IT and the fat lady in the next cubicle over was constantly distracting him and he went on a tirade like that, his ass would be shitcanned and nobody would dream of defending his actions, and no future employers would ever consider hiring him if they caught wind of it, unless he brought papers showing he graduated from about 10 different anger management classes.
In Hollywood fantasy land, he can go on that tirade and have people just laugh it off and start blaming the DP, in the real world he'd either be fired & blackballed or he'd have got his ass kicked by said DP.

Just because shit like that happens in the work force doesn't make it right. It's still a horrible way to treat someone, especially in a professional, business atmosphere. All it does is get things emotional, piss people off, and make others around uncomfortable. It's counter productive and bad for group morale and chemistry.
If you're the star it's not that hard to pull the director and this guy aside and get the shit worked out. The star has the pull, demand the guy stop fucking with your lighting and demand he be replaced if he doesn't. Screaming like a whiny ass baby has no positive values at all - it causes people to lose respect for you and it negatively effects everyone involved.

It's impossible to compare a business setting and an artistic setting, which is what a film set is (or, at least, should be).
As non-actors, we may all think it's a little silly to have to get emotionally prepared to earn insane amounts of money playing with fake robots all day, but that doesn't mean it's not a necessary part of the process. Especially for someone like Bale, who is notorious for an EXTREME dedication to character preparation.

Christian Bale calls tirade 'inexcusable'
The Associated Press
4:08 PM EST, February 6, 2009
Christian Bale says he acted like a "punk" and that his profane tongue-lashing on the set of "Terminator Salvation" was inexcusable.
In Friday remarks on a Los Angeles morning radio show, Bale said he never intended to get physical with cinematographer Shane Hurlbut. He also said he was likely channeling too much of his character, John Conner.
Bale also told the "Kevin and Bean" show on KROQ 106.7 that he and Hurlbut reconciled and worked together for another month following the tirade.
The outburst, which occurred last year on the set in New Mexico, was posted this week on the celebrity gossip site TMZ. It has become an Internet sensation, inspiring a music remix, spoofs, and punch lines for the "Kevin and Bean" show
