Is anyone or does anybody know a Civil Structural Engineer? I need to find one to approve a fence plan for a permit. Thanks!

Any P.E. should be able to help you although I do believe you can get what you need from the CoSA Ones Stop Center. I'm assuming it is for a residential project?

You're joking, right? You need a Civil Engineer for a fence plan? What are you building, a prison security fence, or one for your home?

Maybe he needs someone to check the boundaries of his property.

That would take a surveyor, not a Civil Engineer!

Wiki: Civil Engineering (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Civil_engineering), first sentence:

Civil engineering is a professional engineering discipline that deals with the design, construction and maintenance of the physical and naturally built environment, including works such as bridges, roads, canals, dams and buildings.

I have an uncle who is a retired San Francisco Civil Engineer. That's why it immediately struck me as very odd, unless it was some special fence.

It is a 10 foot Aluminum security fence comprised of steel baseplates, Aluminum square tubing and Aluminum Expanded Metal Sheeting. My maid/lovedoll I stole from Mexico keeps escaping over the back fence, and being a generally good person, I'd like to remove the shock collar.

It's not residential.

Sounds more like your looking for a Structural Engineer to put his seal on the drawings so that the City can approve.
