What two teams has the greatest average foul differential against the Lakers?

Boston averages 5.5 mores fouls called against them and

San Antonio averages 6.5 more fouls called against them.

Makes you wonder.

I'm pretty sure Phil Jackson has yelling drills in practice. Yelling seems to help sell calls and lakers have players that are great at it when putting up shots around the rim.
