Don't usually post here, but I thought I'd send along a little experience I just had re: Comcast and our NBA League Pass subscription. We just moved from one county to another in Maryland, and so had to transfer our cable service.
Now, the League Pass subscription was paid for (4 monthly cycles of ~42/mo.), and the latest cable bill arrives to our new address. Guess what? They're trying to charge us for another round of League Pass payments! Spoke to customer service, it seems that League Pass payment doesn't "transfer" along with everything else when you move. Um, no, says I, I paid for it already, therefore
I'm not paying 2x for the same service just because I happened to move to a new address. They ended up crediting back the 4 months payment in a lump sum, and they will then bill me 4 more times at the new address.
Anyway, just thought I'd pass this along to anyone out there in League Pass land....keep an eye on your cable provider if you move mid-season!!!
