even though they kicked our asses, i really missed those old Kings from the early 2000s. they were the most fun team ive ever watched and C-Webb was an absolute beast while he was there. :toast

Although 6-11 in playoffs assisted by C Webbs injury.

I hate C Webb though. I always catch him NBA TV or TNT talking shit about our beloved Dirk. "we used to beat these guys all the time" "dirk did nothing this game" (Dirk's 36 point game 1st game of year this season. "these guys are going nowhere, have to change the philosophy" (basically a shot at Dirk being the franchise player)

Mavs problem? "too soft"... tries to insinuate Jason Terry is our best player.
A bitter, jealous, choking loser C Webb is... and a terrible basketball analyst.

Mavs are not as bad as he described. Webber is one of my favourite players of all time but his words on Mavs are really a little bit absurd, though I'm not a Mavs fan anymore.

Mavs problem is not the sofeness but the shortage at 5. Dampier used to be the "2nd best center in the west" as he described, but I'm afraid he is the 2nd worst center now, just next to yao who is the no.1 worst. I'm a rockets fan but I've never denied the critism on our team, but the mavs just pretend to be OK with Dampier and keep paying him 11m/yr. Mavs' problem with the center was even aggrevated after trading Diop who is way better than Dampier on both ends.

I think your beloved mavs should make a deal to get rid of Dampier, but It's pretty hard to find a team that has another bad center to trade him for. Rockets is the only team that mavs can send Dampier to, because they have Yao that can be dealt to dallas for dampier and some fillers. How about Yao for dampier and jerry? I know it's a bad trade for the mavs, but the mavs will have to buy out him if they reject this proposal. Yao's contract is one year shorter than dampier's so it's meaningful to trade a wasted stackhouse for one year's cut of a garbage contract.

Can't blame the airballs or the bad free-throw shooting on the refs. Still, they got jerked-around on that Bryant elbow to Bibby's face in game 6.
