Our beloved Mavs came back from Jazz's evil home, took a bath to wipe out the fetide dirt we dipped in Utah, and got fully prepared for tonight's game against Bulls.

Wright made the game's opening score with a lay-up after 1min passed, but Gordon tied the game soon after that. Wright re-erect our two pt leading with a slam dunk but Rose tie the game right after that with a mid-range jumper. But we didn't score even one point in the next several minutes until Devean George got 2pts with a jumper, but we were already down by 7pts, 6-13 with 7:06 to play in the first quarter. Then our mavs started to fight back and cut their leading gap to one pt with 17seconds, but Nocioni's 3pt made the score 24-20 at the end of the first quarter, mavs down by 4pts.

Dirk and Terry Stood out to lead our fight back and managed to turn the score around, we had a 6pts leading gap at 6:10, 36-30. Again, Rose stood up and re-gained their leading gap over us by the end of the 2nd quarter, 50-48, mavs down by 2pts.

The third quarter follows the steps of the 2nd quarter, our team still played hard but still struggles, especially without Terry who left this game with an injuried finger. We tried our best to take control of the game and had led the scoring for a minute, but the bulls re-gained their leading role soon after that and kept it to the last minute of the 3rd quarter, until our beloved mavs successful re-gained our leading role without terry, 77-72 mavs over bulls by 5.

But the young bulls soon turned the score around right after the 4th quarter started, then the two teams started exchangingly the leading role until bulls built a three point leading gap with 1:22 to play in the fourth. Dirk's free throws cut their leading gap to 1pt but rose's running jump shot re-built their 3pts leading gap, with 24seconds on the clock. Our backup PG barea got the ball and assisted Kidd to hit his game-saving 3pt shot to tie the game at 97, and put the game into OT.

T Thomas opend the OT with a driving layup to bring bulls 2pt flashing leading, but Dirk answered him right after that. Dirk scored 14 of our total 18pts in the OT. Kidd's jumper built us a 4pts leading gap with 2min on the clock, after Gordon lost their ball with a turnover, Josh Howard boarden our leading gap to 6, 107-101 with 1:20 on clock. Although Bulls tried their best to put the game to the last second and managed to do that with thomas's 3pt shot to make it 111-113 at 0:03 but Dirk hit both of the two free throws to make the score 115-111 at 0:02. Gordon hit the winning buzzer 3 but still lost the game by one point to our beloved mavs, 114-115. I really enjoy the final seconds when the bull was struggling with a sword in its back.

Dirk Nowitzki

44:15 44pts 16-34FG 1-2 3pt 11-11ft 1ast 2fouls 2TO 3blocks
Dirk was blamed and criticized for his bad shows in the lose to Utah Hatred Jazz, and he was also pissed so much that he set up his mind to defend his reputation in tonight's game against bulls. He really did bounce back with 44pts, especially his 14pts in OT. Dirk played a good game at defense end, grabbed 9rebs including 7defensive rebounds and forced bulls young PF Thomas to eat 5 personal fouls. He leads the game in scoring with 44pts, 16-34 FG including a 3pt shot, and 11-11 ft that is also game high. Dirk has stood on the lines 11 times tonight, which is very enough to show how aggressive he is tonight, along with his 3 blocks on defensive end.

Jason Kidd

39:41 5pts 5rebs 10asts 2-4FG 1-2 3pt 4fouls 2 TOs 2 blocks

Kidd has never had enough appetite to add some pts to his stats, except when he has got 10rebs and 10asts and need another 10pts to finish his tripple double, or when his team is in danger... Kidd didn't scored even one point until there was only 24seconds on the clock... ... His 3pt saved our team and extent the game to OT, during which we outscored the bulls and won the game. Kidd has never been a productive scorer, but he is always reliable when we urgently need some points from him. Besides, his 10asts still acted as the petrol for our scoring machines. On defensive end Kidd also helped force 5fouls on each of the two young line-up guards of bulls.

Josh Howard

27:21 13pts 5rebs 5-9FG 1-1 3pt 2-3ft 5fouls 4turnover 1block

Howard didn't play too long tonight due to his fouls, but he still played efficiently on both ends, especially on defense end where he seized 4rebs and blocked one shot. Howard is way better tonight than bulls' starting SF Deng which finished the game with 10pts, for which Deng used 15 shots and 6 free throws.

Jason Terry
http://msn.foxsports.com/fe/img/NBA/Headshots/140x170/3333.jpg

16:11 8pts 1rebs 4asts 3-7FG 2-6 3pt 2-2ft

Terry was still doing his sixth-man work efficiently tonight, until he broke his finger and had to leave tonight's game. His points did help our team a lot but his effects are much more than what his score showed. Our offense kept running well with Terry on the court, and his 4asts also helped us alot on offense end. I hope the injury in his finger will not make him miss any game.

Erick Dampier
http://msn.foxsports.com/fe/img/NBA/Headshots/140x170/3117.jpg

28:24 6pts 10rebs 3-8FG 2blocks

Dampier played beyond our expectations tonight, he played aggressively on both ends, and successfully locked up his opponent Noah who performs pretty good this season. On offensive end Dampier took 6 of his total 10 rebounds and scored 6pts, which is pretty good for him considering his offensive abilities. He also played good in defense with his 2 blocks that makes his contract look less outrageous.

Antonie Wright
http://msn.foxsports.com/fe/img/NBA/Headshots/140x170/3941.jpg

14:10 1reb 0-4FG 2-2 FT 4fouls 1turnover
Wright had to take more minutes and responsibilities after Terry left tonight's game, and he hadn't disappoint us. Personally I think Mavs should take active actions to land Carter before he is stolen by Spurs. Spurs also play their best SG off the bench but their starting PG mason is undoubtely more capable than Wright. I mean, we are more urgent for a star-level SG to replace our current one. I won't mind if Howard and some fillers are traded to nets for carter, if only they don't require barea.

Jose Juan Barea

http://www.nba.com/media/act_jose_barea.jpg

36:53 20pts 6asts 8-17FG 1reb 2-4 3pt 2-4ft 1block 3steals 2TO

Barea always keep as silent as Antonie Wright but his talents make him different from Wright. Unlike Wright, Barea can play some big games when he is needed to do so, he really did it after terry's leaving and helped our team pocket a win at home. His FG rate is below 50% tonight, but his great performances on defense are very enough to overwhelm his flaws on the 9 missed shots. He leads the game with 3 steals and his opponent guards created 13 TOs in total. In addition, his 6asts also played an important role in tonight's brilliant game.

Brandon Bass
http://msn.foxsports.com/fe/img/NBA/Headshots/140x170/3959.jpg

17:36 5pts 5rebs 2-6FG 1-2FT

Bass was almost ignoral in tonight's game, because our starting PF is too brilliant to lend him any chance to shine. Bass played 17:36 minutes silently tonight, with only 5pts from 6shots and 2 free throws, though his 5 rebounds still showed his existance. His biggest contribution tonight was just the the 9minutes he earned for Dirk to rest.

James Singleton
http://msn.foxsports.com/fe/img/NBA/Headshots/140x170/4055.jpg

15:30 4pts 2-2FG 3rebs 1foul 1block

Singleton's two dunks brought him 4pts to his book tonight, and his 15min game time is also pretty much for himself who has seldom got even one minute in most of games this season. His performancs also deserves the trust from his teammates and coaches.

Devean George
http://msn.foxsports.com/fe/img/NBA/Headshots/140x170/3346.jpg

08:49 4pts 2-4FG 2rebs 1foul

We haven't seen this guy for a long time, but none of us has ever missed him. He played pretty well on paper, but the game itself is much more meaningful to him than his stats. This game reminds all of us that mavs are still feeding this guy who refused to be traded with his "bird" rights last season.
