Everyone has a different shape to his skull/jaw, but yes, if you drop your body fat, then your neck tightens up and your cheeks hollow out and makes your jaw look sharper. Is this not obvious to everyone?

The odds of getting work done that actually make you look like you did when you were younger are insanely small, and I'm pretty sure that Michelle Pfeiffer's doctor is the only one that's really mastered it.
