I'm so glad we traded that guy up...
He keeps shooting airballs and can't guard anybody...
BTW, Suns back in suck mode... further proof that the Detroit game was a fluke...

In all honesty, Sixers kicked our butts this season... I was there when it happened...
That said, you would think Porter would fight for his job and play somebody other than Tragic and a bunch of other scrubs...

an 18 point lead w/ half a quarter left was not a guarantee against D'Antoni's suns...Porter can't afford to wave the white flag when they're fighting for a playoff spot. Further proof that Porter is the worst coach in the Association

Are you nuts? Dallas had the chance to win in 06 and choked against Miami. a year later, Dallas had the best record and what happened? Your team got nailed in the ass by a mediocre Warriors team. I hate these fucking Mavs fans who always pretend that they have accomplished something.

He's white. He's from a foreign country. How can he possibly not be the next Steve Nash. That said, ya I think the coaching staff is not doing their job here. I think something they may not get is when Nash goes to the bench it takes more than just a good guard to make things work. They put Goran in a position to fail just like every other backup PG they used.

I think Joe Johnson was the only backup PG they had so far with enough talent to overcome this position. What I would like them to do is have shaq in and just have goran run some simple sets to build up his confidence over time.

If you ever watched their national teams play, you would know that Goran defended Tony Parker better than just about anyone I have ever seen and on more than one occasion. And no, he plays more like Manu than Tony. Unfortunately, he should have stayed in Europe a couple more years.

True statement, his defense on Parker overseas was raved about.
And yes he plays more like Manu, and not just cuz he's a lefty. He's got great court vision and passing skills comparable to that of Manu, and he gets in the paint with ease, his problem is confidence, strength and finishing ability. He has plenty of potential.

Oh yes because you know that Dragic would get majority of point guard minutes in club like PAO:rolleyes
Spanoulis controls most minutes for PAO at PG and Dragic would never even see the court in club like PAO. He would be riding bench same place as Verginis is.

True. Last night, Hairston went home a hero. Dragic went home a dejected scrub who couldn't get off the losing team's bench.

I hope someone youtubes his 4th quarter. Rarely have I seen a player go nuts like that, hell Lebron rarely has quarters like that (take fg% into account) let alone a backup PG that the no one outside of suns and spur fans know about. He completely baffled the D. Another thing, it seems the pattern is the Spurs bust ass for 3 quarters, then run out of gas in the 4th...

I think we've all seen great players go off in a 4th quarter before, it happens plenty of times each year. Thing is, it's almost always a LeBron, Wade, Kobe, Allen, etc.
For it to be a "scrub," a guy virtually unheard of, a backup to a star who mostly rides the pine, against a decent defensive team on the road in the playoffs... that's what makes it remarkable. And that wasn't just hot shooting, the guy killed the Spurs from everywhere. Nailing 3-pt bombs, drives to the hoop, even some nifty footwork Dream moves in the paint. No one could check him, he made Hill, Parker, Duncan, and Blair all look silly at times during the quarter.
Don't think I've ever seen anything quite like it. Spurs never could quite adjust to it because I think even they couldn't believe it.
