Urgent help

Hi Guys,

I know this is not in the right form but i would like to ask some
of the graphics expert this question. I have a picture with me
in .jpg format it has many players on it. I would like to cut
each of the individual players out so i can make my own
poster of it. What is the best way or best software which
will help me do this.
