If the Spurs do manage to maneuver him into a deal, is there a max amount of $$$ we could sign him for?

They could sign him to a max contract if they wanted to. But anything over $4.3 mil makes him BYC, thus making it harder to match salaries in a deal.

I believe only as much as they paid him last year.
