Tonight our beloved Mavs hold a game at home for the kings who have been sucking since the beginning of this season, reasonably all of us expect a win for our beloved team.

But the game didn't run as we expected at the start, kings outscored us in the first 4 minutes, 10-8 with 7:35 remaining in the first quarter. Our players were all disappoiting during this period except Josh Howard, who scored all the 8pts for our team. Yes, our first 8 pts were all from Josh howard whom we used to criticize, Josh is hot tonight but he still needs his teammates to contribute in order to pocket the win for us. So Dirk started to score, 4pts in a row for Dirk within 27 seconds after the 20s short timeout, to tie the game at 12. after that other players also began to score and made a stable leading gap by the end of the 1st quarter, mavs 38-31 over kings. Josh Howard 16pts in this single quarter, Dirk 8pts.

Dirk didn't play a long time in the 1st quarter because he had to reserve some energy for the 2nd when he would have to take more resposibilities, as Jason Terry sidelined with a sprained hand. Dirk was still on court at the begining of the 2nd quarter but we did struggle on both ends. Kings scored 10 consecutive points during the first 3 minutes to turn it around at 41-38, while we scored nothing during the same period. Bass's jumper busted our scoring blanket and re-started our scoring machine in this quarter, the kings were too weak to stop us rebuilding our leading gap though they had shortened it to 5pts by the end of the 1st half, 57-62, mavs leading by 5pts.

Kings were not expected to have any chance to beat our powerful Mavs, but they still held this oppotunity until the 3rd quarter, when the inevitable collapse came to the kings. We outscored 12pts in this quarter over kings who just got 14pts during the total 12 mins, to make the entire fourth quarter garbage time even before it started. 88-71, Mavs had already pocketed the win after 3quarters passed.

Thanks to our players in rotation, they earned considerable minutes of game time for our beloved benchwarmers who have seldom stepped into games this season. We closed the game with 18pts over kings, 118-100, Dallas Mavericks got their second consecutive win at home.

Dirk Nowitzki

Dirk didn't play a big game tonight like that he played the day before yesterday, but his contributions were still not ignorable, especially his 8pts in the 1st quarter when his other teammates except howard were struggling to score. besides, his 8 defensive rebounds were also pretty pivotal for our defense.

Jason Kidd

35:33 15pts 7rebs 12asts 6-10FG 3-5 3pt 4 stls

Kidd was just short of 3 rebs to achieve anther tripple double, but Kidd is not a sura-like player who cast the ball onto his own board to add some defensive rebs for a tripple double. Kidd played like a real teamleader, a real winner who deserves a championship ring. I used to consider trading him for Baron Davis and Kaman, but now I think this trade needs more consideration after watching Kidd's brilliant performances tonight, and dampier's as well. We will have less need for a center if Dampier continues to play that good, say I would never trade Kidd to Clippers unless they offer us Al thornton. Kidd is becoming more and more outstanding since the postseason is approaching, the only regret for him is just the 3rebs and 6stls shortage from a double-double double.

Josh Howard

35:17 23pts 6rebs 9-14FG 1-1 3pt 4-6ft 5asts 4turnover 1block

Josh Howard scored 16pts in the 1st quarter, including the 8 consecutive points as our total score at the first minutes. But he just got 7pts after his exploding of 1st quarter. He payed more attention on making the play after scoring 16pts himself in the 1st quarter, his 5asts were even higher than barea who played as kidd's backup, just next to kidd's brilliant 12asts. Josh is not a lovely player but he can still give us some help sometimes, I really hope he can bring us a championship this season or in the next 1 or 2, before his athletism being destroyed by roor.

Erick Dampier

30:29 9pts 4-7FG 1-1ft 16rebs 2asts 3 blocks
Dampier played beyond our expectations tonight, again, unthinkably great. he was 1pt away from a double double that he hasn't touched for a long time. but anyway, he helped us win the game. Dampier played like a real starting center tonight who earns 11m/yr, 16rebs including 6 offensive boards for dampier while his oppenent center Hawes only got 2rebs on both ends.

Antonie Wright

24:23 23pts 2 reb 8-14FG 6-6 FT 1-3 3pt 4fouls 3stls
Wright had to take more minutes and responsibilities as JET would be out for some games, he really did take terry's stack, or even did better. Wright got 23pts in his 24min game time, which shows his high efficiency tonight. and his 23pts were also team-high together with Josh's. He played aggresively on offensive end and made all the 6fts he created, which was also team-high abreast. as a SG who is not pretty good at shooting, Wright made a smart decision to attack the rim more than shooting outside.

Jose Juan Barea

25:34 10pts 4asts 5-7FG 1reb
Barea also takes more minutes because of terry's injury, and he also did what he was required to do. efficiently he socred 10pts with 7shots, of which he just missed two. Barea usually injects some enthusiasm into our offense when our players when he need it, now he is given more minutes than those Kidd leaves him.

Brandon Bass

18:58 6pts 4rebs 2-6FG 2-2FT

Bass did what he ought to do in tonight's game.

I'm glad to see the following players playing during the garbage time we ourselves created for our opponents.

Kings sucked even harder than the loser mavs. Quite an accomplishment. What's next for the Kings? Gay sex in the locker room?:lmao

The only playoff series I'd feel confident about is if we somehow finished with 4 seed and played Portland in first round. I would like our chances on account of their youth and poor road play.

But us currently being .5 games outta 4th is probably fool's gold, the Hornets will probably separate once they get healthy, dunno about Blazers/Rockets. we're probably a 6 or 7 seed, and this glooms me. Maybe even 8 or 9.
