Not to beat A dead horse but as I have said( we really dont need much. We dont need A big name. We need A workhorse.). I have A funny feeling that these teams using our name in vain or rather using us as pawns plays right into our hand. As A few of you have mentioned expect the unexpected from the spurs. The FO if serious about making A move have some players in mind and our holding out to see what shakes up and our not rushing to make a deal. They are gonna hold out and find the cheapest option that fits our need and wont compromise our current roster. (Our spurs aint broken. Just needs A tune up.) I cant wait.

True. Sheed/Carter/Salmons/Miller/etc. have all been smokescreens for the acquisition of Dwight Howard. ;)

Don't the Spurs always hide their hand? When was the last time they made a move that we all saw coming? Brent Barry?

Yeah, the Kurt Thomas deal last year was kind of last second, after all the Artest rumors.
