Dude Hannibal is a very witty human being for sure. But, Not supernatural. Any of those mentioned with supernatural abilities can easily annihilate him.

Now jigsaw guy vs Hannibal is a debatable match and I would still give the match to jigsaw.

For those that have never seen a Hell Raiser movie, you dont know what you are missing. Pin head makes Freddy and Jason look like your neighborhood childhood friend. Those movies are fucking twisted.

Notable omissions:

Jaws - In water he would rule ass. They wouldn't be able to do shit without their legs...which would be an appetizer to him. Except for the Aliens legs...after one or two he'd have some serious, probably fatal, indigestion.

Wolfman - How can you have Frankenstein and Dracula but not Wolfman? That's incomplete.

Mummy - See above. Seriously, why do people do shit like that? Universal
Horror Monsters and you leave out the other two...do you know often people don't complete the set? It's annoying. They do the same shit on Halloween when they are showing horror movies.

The Thing - Kurt Russell and Chiles, perhaps the two baddest mofos to ever live, had to kill themselves just to stop it...and they didn't kill it either.

Selene from Underworld - Say what you want, but she whacked everybody that crossed her without much effort at all, including some Vamps a great deal more powerful than she was. She'd take Dracula out at the least without breaking a sweat.

No Zombies? They're the dominant horror monster now, and therefore should have been included.

One path of logic says...if you pick Freddy, you have to pick Jason, cuz he technically beat Freddy in Freddy vs Jason. But if you pick Jason, you have to pick Carrie, since her analogue beat Jason in Friday the 13th part 7.

Also, it depends on which "Dracula" you are talking about.
Vlad the Impaler? Bela Legusi's Dracula? It's almost irrelevant, since in almost every movie mythology, Frankenstein beats Dracula.

Pumpkin head through the guy from "Saw" are all busters. No chance. (Plus Aliens are mortal, depend on strength in numbers)

The puppets from puppet master have staying power against such competition, but would not win against opponents of humanoid size. They beat demons in Puppet Master 4 and demons again in Puppet Master vs Demonic Toys. So surely they'd have somewhat of an edge over fellow lilliputian hellion Chucky, who never faced such competition, as well as anything demonic, whom they may be well suited to combat. They edge Pinhead, in that sense.

Pinhead is the real deal though.

That leaves us with Carrie, Frankenstein, Puppets, and possibly Pinhead because of his brutal demonic nature.

Frankenstein is so stupid, I never get how he even beats Dracula while being so slow and dumb, so I will eliminate him.

The puppets are puppets, Carrie could keep them at bay without sustaining any damage and Pinhead could banish them to hell.

So Carrie vs Pinhead.

I'd go with Carrie, because I carry a soft spot for telekinetic humans.
