Obviously the biggest flaw is the 105% rule. You cant qualify for a modified loan unless the new loan is only for 105% of the homes current value.

Plus, it still requires the lenders to agree (Obama's "carrot" is a thousand bucks).

Probably won't help many people.

Yeah, nine million homeowners isn't much at all.

Dumbass. Wasn't "Help for Homeowners" suppose to help millions upon millions?

I think theyre at 25. That is not a typo.

I think theyre at 25. That is not a typo.There was no reason for the lenders to cooperate.

They have been fighting any homeowner aid the entire time.

Of course you wouldn't know that because you just aren't intelligent at all. Not a typo.
