I don't know what to say. I was ready to move on, especially after beating Orlando by 30 points tonight and thinking Wilcox would make us even better offensively. I'm not sure what to think.

I doubt it, even though their owner is CHEAP, they wanted to get better on the offense since Chandler wasn't doing it. NOW, the other guys will have to MAN UP.

I still don't know what to think. i'm stunned. I was looking forward to seeing Wilcox make our offense even better, especially after pounding Orlando. Now I don't know what to think. Should I be happy?

It doesn't make a difference. The Hornets weren't contenders with or without Tyson Chandler.

The Oklahoma City Thunder doctors have red-flagged a turf toe condition with newly acquired center Tyson Chandler and the New Orleans Hornets trade has been voided, league executives said Wednesday night.

“The doctors told him that he can’t do surgery on the toe, and it could be with him for a couple years,” one league source familiar with injury said. “It’s not going to end his career, but it could hinder it.”

No wonder the hornets wanted him gone..

Looks like Shinn won't see that extra 10+million lol.

I knew that toe injury from the summer was still hindering him. That's why he missed the Olympics and probably why his numbers were down all season.

So do the Spurs possibly swoop in and try and get Wilcox or Smith now?

We actually fleeced the Thunder into taking Chandler. Now their doctors fleeced us.

Lol I knew we had smart people in Oklahoma. The Hornets were trying to screw us over the whole time, but now everyone knows that Chandler is going to be a scrub.

LOL!!! I'll be honest man, after seeing us beat Orlando by 32 tonight, I was looking forward to seeing Wilcox and Smith make our offense even better since they can do more offensively compared to Chandler. Now I realize Chandler probably won't be the same player he was last season due to his toe injury. I still don't know what to think.

BTW, my brother did his oncology fellowship in Oklahoma City.

Chandler obviously, is not going to be the same anymore if the Thunder rejected him! lol.

sons I was at the game tonight wearing my Tyson Chandler authentic jersey drinking like there was no tomorrow enjoying the game .... then I get into the car and hear on the radio that Tyson is back. sons I couldn't be happier ..... I really wish Chandler would dick whip Jeff Bower for this.

On another note sons ... how bout that 32 point beat down tonight?

I'm not sure if we should be happy. That toe injury appears to be lingering and is the reason why his numbers have fallen. Maybe we would be better with Smith and Wilcox this season if Tyson can't regain last year's form.

I'm pretty sure the Hornets where looking to trade Peja before they decided to ship Tyson out but there where no takers for Peja's massive deal (which is bigger and runs longer than Tyson's).

Well, as I've said when the trade was done, the Hornets would be better this season with Wilcox and Smith instead of Chandler. Now, they're out of contention, I think. Perhaps this helps them in the future, if Chandler can find a way of getting healthy.
