How tall are you and are you happy at your current height?

I'm 5'11 and a half. I wish I was 6'6 :depressed

Well, I'm 6'7 and I'm finding that as I get older, being tall isn't quite as great as it used to be. When you're young and tall, people think you're older, so that was great for buying alcohol in high school, height also gives you an advantage in certain sports, for me it was basketball. But, as I get older, you begin to find out that having that height puts a lot of stress on your back, knees, ankles, etc. So, it's still ok, but I could do without all the physical pain, that part sucks!

respect the 'fro :fro

I'm about an inch and a half too short to sit in the front seat of a car legally, but I like being short. I've never had to date a guy that's shorter and worry about wearing heels around him or anything like that. The only thing that sucks is having to ask people to reach things for you, like when people put kitchen appliances up too high without thinking (thanks, Manny).

Women have it easier than guys when it comes to height. Women are seen as cute when they're short but guys are seen ugly, runts, etc. If your not 5'8/5'9(average height for men in US) you aint getting laid or a date unless your French, Tom Cruise, Ron Jeremy, or have a lot of size and girth in your wallet. I know! It's the weirdest thing! I could go pick out a size 7 shoe and buy them without trying them on. Now I am a 7-1/2, but sometimes have to buy an 8 because they'll fit better in the width, but be a little too long.

I used to work in OB/GYN, they explained it to me once... there's a specific hormone (can't recall which one) that makes your ligaments looser, stretch more easily to prepare for birth. That's also why you're more likely to sprain an ankle or wrist while pregnant.

Tony is not 6'2, I have met him in person and have also met Manu. Tony is about 6'1 the most and Manu is only about 6'4 1/2 or 3/4. The NBA teams are known to add one or 2 inches to thier players height. Like Barkley, He was only 6'4 but they listed him at 6'6 or 6'8 sometimes.WTF! :wtf Even we Mexicans don't add that much height in our Drivers L. I also heard that Vince Carter is only 6'4 that his reported 6'6.

These basketball players are greedy, adding height, they're already tall! We Mexicans have a reason to add height. :lol We would give our left huevo to be 6'4.<--------the height no shooting guard wants to be in the NBA. :lmao :lmao

How is than Tony Parker 1,88m--> 6"2

1" = 2.54 cm

1.84 - 1.88 m = 4 cm

4 cm is *approximately* 1.5 inches.

therefore 1.88m = 6' 0.5" + 1.5" = 6'2".

I'm about 5'7"...I'm 6'4" on the internet, though! :lol
Sure, it'd be nice to be taller, but I'd much rather be smarter. Another 10 or 20 points on the IQ would do me a lot more good than growing a few inches taller.

Good for you bro. :) Don't take it seriously, I was joking. But girls in my age group can be very demanding about things like that. But they mature and look for the more important qualities in men as they get older, and things like height issues, etc start to matter less.

Yeah, it gets easier as you get older, but I meet and married her at 18. I think I was in your age group once, I meant in general. We're going on 13yrs :spin .

Studies have come out now that show women are more attracted to taller men instinctively, not consciously... taller men give the impression of better health and of being better providers. You're trying to fight caveman genetics!

Yeah, I heard about that, that's why you rarely see couples were the women is taller than the guy. Is that why Mouse remains unmarried?
