LMFAO @ this sorry excuse for a basketball player. This deserves its own thread.
1) Its not even his pathetic shooting. He is getting abused by Luke Fucking Walton in the post. Hes letting Luke Fucking Walton blow by him on the perimeter. And hes not within 5 feet of Luke Walton on any jump shots.
2) 0-8 FG and 0-6 3 PT FG, 2 Rebounds, 0 Assists, 0 Steals, 0 Blocks, 0 Points in 20 minutes.
Every 3 point attempt, he has not had one Laker defender within 10 feet of him. And his one layup attempt was from point blank.
Wow. $13 Million this year too.
I hate one dimensional players like that

I don't remember what sportswriter said it, but it was hilarious:
-paraphrasing-
If you need someone to drop 38 on Atlanta in February, Stojakovic is the guy. If you need it in a game that matters, good luck.
I think it might have been Bill Simmons, but that's the most dead-on evaluation I've ever heard on him. Obviously this was a few years ago when he was a star in Sacramento and the Hawks were the Thunder minus the hope for the future.

European forwards and centers who shoot a lot of 3's are usually great at dominating crud teams but sucking in the playoffs.
Turk, Peja, Okur, VladRad, Dirk, the list goes on. Ultimately the Eurobitch comes out in all of them.

son he just isn't what he used to be .... its going to get even worse in the next 2 years as he is making about $15 million per year and doing nothing.

Uh, yeah right.
You're just pissed that hanging 140 on scrub ass d-league teams will ultimately mean nothing.
Dirk > anyone on the suns

Dirk is a guy who'll fit perfectly as a number 2 option. BTW he'll be perfect with a dominant big man like Duncan. Dirk please sign with the Spurs in 2010, and Duncan will guarantee you a Championship. :toast

I think New Orleans should waive the guy this summer so that they can avoid Luxury tax.

Only if Nash can join too as the designated spot up shooter.

You can't waive a guy to avoid the luxury tax in basketball. I wish it was like football because we would have waived Peja at the end of last season. Peja's a nice guy and true professional. I will cut him some slack. He was just off tonight. Hopefully he comes out sharp tomorrow night.

Utah in Utah. So scratch that one.
Expect the full force of Peja when the mighty Thunder come to town.

yeah, Harpring's gonna eat him up alive. I don't know why we're wasting Julian Wright's talent. He's actually a guy who can help this franchise in the long run.

Peja is a VERY nice guy and does more charity events than most NBA players do .... however, that does not excuse his bullshit play on the court. We are a better team without him. I just wish that we could play him off the bench and not starting .... then you run into the Posey situation, etc.

Because of veterans like Posey and Devin Brown ahead of him. Also, Scott doesn't have patience for developing raw talent.

When did Devin Brown become a veteran. The dude sucks plain and simple. He was lucky enough to ride the coattails of Duncan to get a ring.

This should've been the guy they were trying to trade. On second thought, maybe they tried but had no takers. I still blame them for giving this guy 13mil.

I can garuantee the Hornets sent an email to every team shopping this scrub, probly asking for nothing but expiring or semi expiring contracts.
