Congratulations to Rockets that beat us tonight, It's a precious win for the rockets who are struggling for a playoff seat. It's the first win for the rockets after they traded their starting PG rafer alston, and this win makes that trade seem like a good move. It's a great win for the rockets, they beat their rival last night who is one of the most powerful teams in the league. Rockets deserve this win, because they have done enough good things before that game. Rockets have given a lot of help to those teams which are struggling, they fed several wins to grizzlies, wizards, twolves, pacers... mavs just did the same old thing the rockets have done many times this season. Don't thank our team, rockets fans, your beloved Rockets team really deserves this win.

This win is also very meaningful for Rafer Alston who was traded to Magic a couple of days ago. I bet Rafer has seen this game which is the first game for the rockets after trading him, and he surely has found some differences the rockets showed in this game. Rafer used to make rockets look like spurs on offensive end yet look like suns on the other end, but Aaron Brooks has turned it around. Brooks is a 3rd grade teenager who was drafted by rockets in 07, now he has already gained a starting role at PG on rockets team. I hope Rafer will also act as a lineup on magic, but I don't think his starting role will last long even if SVG starts Rafer in his first several games on his new team. At least, the magic didn't lose too much in that trade, their risk was totally taken by the memphis who replicated the "gasol trade" once again several days ago, while the rockets just played the "lakers" role.

Of course, this win has the biggest meaning for tmac. which team is a little bit better? with tmac or without?

Although we don't want to admit that our starting center-Dampier is a crap, but the very truth is yao proved in tonight's game that dampier is even worse than a crap. Yao looked like a real superstar in the game, he grabbed a double double and also blocked two shots. Yao could have gained a tripple double but he didn't manage to add another 4TOs, which is the only regret for him tonight.

Ron played like the real leader of that team, especially after Rafer and Tmac eventually left the team physically and mentally.

"FLEECED". scola let us always remember those words: "no one is perfect", including the GM of the spurs team.

shane is always the most hard-working man on his team. 42mins still made him the tinman that plays longest for his team.

Aaron Brooks

He could have got a tripple double if his opponent wasn't Kidd.

Where is tmac?

For some reason, josh howard disappeared after a nice 1st half. He really didn't do much at all. Obviously Dirk was off.

Tough loss, not surprising though.

Even with Amare out supposedly, I wouldn't be surprised one bit if the Mavs miss the playoffs. IN any case, I think we may tease our fans and flirt with disaster until the final week or two of the season.

Bottom line, MUST take care of homecourt, must take care of the bad teams, and must win a few games on the road against teams "youre not suppoesd to beat".

9th is horrible, 8th is a deathseal, same with 7th and 6th. really if we dont get 4th or 5th Ill be disappointed. Its still possible.

lol, and to think all a 4th/5th seed assures is a chance to get into the 2nd round and get quickly disposed by the mighty Lakers. sad days in Mavs land :depressed:depressed

Just gotta stay afloat without beloved Terry and hope to get hot when he comes back.

semi-interesting stat:

Dirk has not missed a free-throw this season against the Rockets. (24-24)

Gay Gay Barrio played out of his mind, but Brooks made the shots when they counted the most. And btw why do so many damn Mavs come all the way to Houston every time.Must be because of the closer seats/views cuz the aac is nice but ain't no view worth a damn unless you're in the lower level.:p:

Go Rockets! Good job! :toast

The hapless mavs choked along with Dirk - as every NBA expert expected- and the Rockets stomped the Dallas Academy faggots deeper in the dirt. No much else is new. mavs SUCK like $5 crack whores...:lmao

The only thing more pathetic than the mavs "team" are their moronic apologist fans..."Dirk shoots like this once a year''...keep sucking some more ass...:rollin:rollin:rollin

You really should start a thread with all this gold.
