Austin TV for game?

Is this game going to fucking blacked out on NBAtv? Thats what the Time Warner guide says.

I don't understand the blackout rules at all.

Would a bar in Austin be able to get it somehow?

Most bars would get it, I'm sure..they'd probably have the NBA ticket..just call around and ask.

I'm not sure what the issue is with the black out, but it is worth noting that here in San Antonio TWC often has games listed as "off air" on the tv guide, espeically when on FSN.

I can't figure out the blackout rules in Austin either, but I do know that I've been able to get some of the NBATV games even though "blackout" shows on the cable guide. So if a bar isn't an option be sure to just go ahead and check the channel anyways.
