Andrew Bynum: March 30 Return Possible

Update: The Orange County Register reports that Bynaum (knee) may return to the Lakers’ lineup by March 30.

Recommendation: Coach Phil Jackson said that Bynum will return to help the team in the last month of the season. It appears as if his knee injury is progressing very well.

Maybe he'll come back before Oden. How sad, two young talented centers who happen to be injury-prone.

In Bynum's defense both of his injuries were really not his fault.

It's not like Oden who seems to hurt himself just walking.

Wow, that is the best news. I really didn't think he'd recovered this fast. I don't know if it's a bit too early to try and rush him back but we definitely miss his shot blocking and interior presence. Our post defense has been a joke w/o AB. It's been non-existant with Pau playing the 5. Odom's doing the best he can and he's our 2nd best post defender/shot blocker but Drew will really change everything once he's back, hopefully.

Exactly, Bynum is nothing like Oden. Bynum's injuries where freak ones caused by his teammates on broken plays. He had no real control over that.

Oden is definitely the MORE injury prone of the two.

This injury is completely different then last seasons so I expect him to return at some point.Last seasons injury was on the interior part of his knee so it was a lot harder to know exactly what was holding him back. He said that this seasons injury was a lot easier to take care of cuz its on the outside & its easy to massage it, rehab it, etc. Looking forward to seeing The Bynumite explode once again.

If it happens...good for him!

I would be more concerned as a Laker fan how he is going to be mentally more than physically!!!!

Doesn't Oden have one leg longer than the other or something?

I believe Bynum will be one of those good players that have an injury riddled career.

Hell play 2 games and crack his other knee. Oden and Bynum are both made of glass.
