As mentioned, yes, the tendenosis Duncan has is here to stay. It won't go away without rest, he can't get enough to matter during the season. I think it will be a matter of how good or not good he feels on any given night.

He's 'injured', but I think he'll be able to play through it for the season. (Barring furthur injury).

I've had the same injury since I joined the Army, all you can do is rest it, then make sure you do some special stretches. Also, you can do some sort of sonic therapy and deep tissue massages. It'll feel 100% until after an extended amount of time exerting it, then it feels just as bad as if you reinjured it. Then it's just time again. It goes away fairly quickly though, like one day of rest is all. Of course, all of this has been my experience, I'm far from 6'11" and I only run for about 45 minutes a day, not a 2 and a half hour basketball game.

I'm liking all of the bench tonight, even if they are playing against the lowly wizards (bench). It's good to see them get some serious playing time even if the game is no longer in doubt. I also think continuity in minutes is important for a lot of players. Giving some of them ten minutes a game might be very useful come playoff time rather then the 3-5 minutes they are currently getting. Hell, even Vaughn is getting a few baskets.
